The USM Forum -- No Quarter Message Board maintains this message board for use by the USM community. The message board policy may be revised at any time. Please check this page regularly for the most current policy.
The message board is for the enjoyment of members of our community, faculty, students, and friends of USM. We encourage an open and honest exchange of ideas and expect all users of the message board to respect the rights of others. Board administrators monitor messages posted on the message boards and will remove messages that are considered offensive. Because this is a manual process, offensive messages may not be removed immediately but will be removed in a reasonable time frame. Moderation of messages is entirely at the discretion of the board administration. Messages may be edited or removed for any reason whatsoever.
Messages posted on this message board are the views of the author of the message only and do not necessarily reflect the opinions the board administrator(s) or other posters.
Users of this message board should use good judgment when posting messages. Messages will be viewable by the general public and users should use caution when providing personal information. Users of the message board agree not to post anything false and defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, threatening, invasive of a person's privacy, or otherwise in violation of law and further agree to be solely responsible for and hold the administration of the board harmless in the event of any claim based on their message. Messages that are posted for advertising purposes to promote the buying, selling or trading of any commercial product, service or item are not allowed.
While it is impractical to list every possible violation of our policies, the above should be used as guidelines. The Web Master and any designated Moderators reserve the right to suspend message board privileges of anyone who is found violating the above policies.
By posting to this board you agree to the above policies.
