Is he stupid on purpose?  Didn't he ask a similar question of the female candidate in the last search?

No and yes. It's guys like him who give Mississippi a bad name. Fortunately, Dr. Saunders is from Mississippi, and she knows about people like him.

Nice point, Incredulous.  But it could be added that, "It's guy's like him who give theist a bad name."  Can you guess what answer would have been the "wrong answer", deserving of a rejection of Dr. Saunders as a candidate for president?

I bet LVN can tell us what the "wrong answer" is.   smile

LVN, my QuickTime is not working so I can't access the video.  But I'm sure you know what the "wrong answer" is. smile

As the great-granddaughter of two Methodist preachers, that sounds like a good answer to me. smile

A more entertaining answer would have been that she did not think that was an appropriate question for a job interview and that it was none of his business.

Hart wins over faculty

- LONG BEACH --- Gulfport Councilman Billy Hewes asked a question of USM presidential candidate Ann Weaver Hart on Friday that federal law doesn't allow potential employers to ask in job interviews. "What religion are you?" "I'm not affiliated with a formal religion," she replied with a smile, and went on to answer a question about shrinking budgets. But that did not satisfy Hewes, who came back a few minutes later with, "Do you believe in God?" Hart said that she would prefer not to answer that question, and she was hustled out of the dining room on to a meeting with University of Southern Mississippi Gulf Coast faculty, where the questions were of a more academic variety....

Yes, Incredulous, that IS the correct answer. LVN, and other theist, seem to be to be afraid to admit the fact a "wrong answer" exist.

What is the "wrong answer" to Billy's question?

(Truth will make you free.)smile
