ITECH's only guidance in the mass email was as follows:
From the home page - www.usm.edu - you can find the link to the Presidential Search page: http://www.usm.edu/pr/pressearch/. There you will see a link to the webcast.
I just got online and I'm watching it now...has she addressed the SFT issue at all? I heard her say that she trusts the deans to make their own decisions...a good start! Share your observations if you have been watching the entire webcast...at least, she sounds good!
Truth
PS--It's too bad you can't hear the questions that are being asked.
I'm not incredulous about Dr. Saunders. She's smarter than Thames. She knows more about higher education. She's a much better communicator. She makes a better appearance. She's more pleasant. She's a better listener. She has a better sense of humor. She's less arrogant. And, unlike Thames, she seems like a nice, decent person.
