Now it seems we have a new president in the wings. Barring some horrific question-and-answer incident, the College Board seems to think this is the one.

This should begin an era of great change for the university. Reading the local message boards, it seems most people feel positive about the choice. The naysaysers complain about her gender and worry about how this will affect athletics. ...

Hmmm, It does mention a few things I agree with:

1) "First off, fire Shelby Thames. He is arguably the worst president we have ever had. Nobody will cry over his loss."

2)"Remove the ability of the administration to simply fire professors on a whim. "

3)"End electronic surveillance of faculty and students. "

4)"Next, rename the Thames building. Change it to the Glamser-Stringer building. "

5)"Next, make a public apology to professors Glamser and Stringer. Invite them to come back and teach at the University."

6)"Fix the college of nursing. The local junior colleges should not be able to compete with a major college much less have better programs."
