As we come to the end of the SFT era, let's take stock of what really happened, no matter what Thames and his two-bit cronies at the Coca-Cola bottling plant want to think.
Here's my nomination for largest lost opportunity of his five year fun: Fundraising.
He simply hasn't done it. Read the Chronicle and you'll see that these past four years have been record years for development offices. There's a bulge of charitable money working its way through the system, and SFT just doesn't think its worth the effort to go out and get it.
The "Legacy of Failure" can be summarized by a list of newspaper headlines from the past five years. I wish someone would post those headlines again. (Info, you seem to have saved it all. ) IIRC, there are a few more headlines that need to be added to the list that was previously posted on this board.

Thanks, Info. I'm sure there are/will be other headlines later than Dec. 2006.
I'm very impressed with the information you have collected. I had assumed you planned to publish all of this in a book, however, it now looks like it will take you several volumes.
