Why is it that the market standard and salaries at other institutions are applied to administrative positions but not to faculty? Could it be that administrators make that decision? Could it be that there is no measure of productivity for them? Could it be that this administration has pushed cronyism and nepotism to a whole new level? Ms. Jepson sure does shill well.
Great idea to tie the administrative pay increases to student tuition increases...that's the way to put it into perspective for the students and their parents, and make it real for them.
