Sorry for the late post, my spies only just got back to me.  Information has been passed to me that CONGRATS are inorder to the Student Printz who WON student organization of the year at this evenings Presidents and Advisors Dinner.  From what I hear, SFT was there and he didn't look very "happy" when the award was announced nor by the positive response from those in attendance.  Seems the Printz was rewarded for all it's hard work on reporting on events from this year past.  Other information I received is that Gregg Lassen (sp?) won advisor of the year and did some serious damage-control (from the Printz winning) by doing major Bu** kissing to SFT, thanking him for his support and how he "bleeds Black and Gold" and yada, yada, yada..................Did anyone else hear anything?

Some time back there was mention of an award (from the Chronicle?) and the suggestion that Rachel, the Student Printz editor, should be nominated. Does anyone know what happened about that?

The award this evening (I think, correct me, somebody) was given by the Union Student Activities Board.

Kudos to the Student Printz and Rachel Quinlivan!!! (and to Maggie Williams, the Printz advisor, who SHOULD'VE won Advisor of the Year.  We know who the real winners are!).


Gregg Lassen should've won "Grad student posing as Administrator" of the Year.

The faculty senate gave a special award to her . . . .
